You will still want to be cautious of flavors that include nuts but for the most part frozen yogurt is great for your GERD diet menu.

Also good are the clearer juices, such as apple juice and cranberry juice. To prevent one of the worst results of nausea, be sure to stay hydrated.
It also keeps your stomach from producing more stomach acid to aid in digestion. If your stomach is full, it’s far more likely to overflow. This is especially when you’re pregnant and there’s not much food that can fit into your stomach anyway.
